“Excellent well designed modern lodge in superb condition. Ensuite bedrooms, comfortably furnished lounge area and fully fitted kitchen. Peaceful, secure countryside setting. Would definitely recommend for a quiet restful holiday. Lincoln, Newark and Nottingham easily accessible form this location. ”

“The room (number 5) was spacious enough, nice and quiet generally. Parts of the carpet were sticky and stained and there was a huge crack in the outside of the bath which looked like someone had booted it. I reported this on the 1st night and they said they would have it looked at but it's unknown if anyone did. Also had to go request more toilet roll as they seemed to think 1 already-started roll was going to do 3 of us for a full weekend. Didn't really interact with anyone outside of these...

“Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen.”
