Some of the friendliest, most helpful, most gracious staff people I have ever experienced. We also loved our very tasteful room. We also enjoyed drinks at the bar. The location was perfect as our visit took us from Brooklyn to the Cooper Hewitt. SO close to shopping!! It was a great stay!!

At 100 years old, it’s nostalgic. But that place is in serious need of a deep cleaning. Dust in the corners, carpeting that seemed over 2 decades old, insufficient hot water in the mornings, Good room size as it had a bedroom and a separate sitting area.
