The hotel staff was very welcoming and responsive. I booked a luxury room and was pleased with the size, but the shower didn't have hot water. I was moved to another room with hot water, but the room was smaller than the luxury room I had originally paid for. This was unfortunate. Also, before the breakfast hour had ended, the pastries were extremely limited and not very appealing.

The hotel is nice and in a nice location in Brooklyn. The only thing was the air conditioner did not get any colder then 67. I reported this to the front desk and they had the engineer come up to fix it. The engineer said all the a/c's do not go past 67 and told me he took it off hold so it would continually blow. Once he left the a/c continued to turn on and off causing the room to get hotter and hotter in between. Yet when we were in the hallways and the lobby the a/c is blowing strongly and consistently. They should invest in a better hvac system for the individual rooms. Needless to say we only stayed one night due to the heat.
