We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of 4. The location couldn’t have been better, we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go in NYC. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and it was always so nice to come back to a clean room that had been turned down for the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

Your experience with the London luxury starts from the moment you walk in to their beautiful lobby. The team from the front door to the service staff are so eager to help you -answer any questions you have -just genuine kindness. Our room was impeccable. The beds are wonderful, Bedding was clean, fresh-and excellent quality. Our spa like bathroom had a window-unheard of in New York! as did the bedroom that opened so we could get fresh air. The rooms are sound proof which you need in New York but the hotel guests are very respectful and I found the hotel to be very serene and quiet. Very appreciated after a day in NYC. You are in the perfect location-steps away from central park, times Square, 5th Ave-with a subway stop 1 block away. the hotel is clean and beautiful and I would truly stay here again!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect. It’s not on a super busy street, so it’s not incredibly noisy. It is easily accessible to almost all attractions. The room was incredibly spacious by New York standards. We will definitely stay here again. The hotel is modern, clean, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The location in Midtown was excellent for our plans. Rooms are big by NY standards and the inroom amenities and facilities were great. The bellboys were good but they seemed upset when we didnt choose their recommendation for a driver. All in all i would repeat.
