This is a very new hotel. The facility is very good and well designed. But the air conditioning in our room didn’t work and we were offered to change room which gave us a lot trouble since we had lots of stuff to repack. The restaurant and swimming pool are not open yet. Breakfast they only have coffee and some deli. I always love to stay in Hilton while travelling. But this time a little bit disappointed.

I only lowered the star on the amenities because the pool still isn't open. Not really the hotels fault. The cleanliness was amazing and the staff was great, I would love to have that shower at home. It felt like a spa. Beds and pillows top notch.

The room was really small, like couldn’t walk around the bed small.. and none of the amenities are actually open currently. No pool, no hot tub, no restaurant. The staff that was there was nice and understanding. It’s not fully open yet and shouldn’t advertise as such.

Overall the room was clean, but we did find a shard of broken glass on our floor next to the night stand. We had a double bed room which was an adequate size for us. The room also seemed larger than typical hotel rooms in mid/downtown (Time Square) Manhattan, but smaller than rooms found in the financial district. Parking wasn't difficult, but not much information is provided on the website or Expedia. There is a garage entrance on the same street as the front door of the hotel. It's valet only, and parking is limited. You can either check in first before entering the garage or go to the garage and they will give you a ticket to pay when you leave. Also there is limited parking spaces, so it could be a good idea to call the hotel in advance to reserve a parking spot.

The staff were friendly and professional. My room was very clean and neat. Compliments to your Housekeeping department. The patio was very nice. I look forward ro visiting again when there is a breakfast and lunch served, and the pool is ready for use. The neighborhood felt safe.
