The location was great. The rooms were very clean and kitchen stocked for how small it was. Internet was not good at all, though. It was unreliable. Give yourself time to get on the elevator if you are with your family. Overall good place. Price for storing your bags after checkout now costs $7 a bag, unlike their advertisement of $5 a bag.

I really wanted to like this spot. The room was large and seemed clean, and the kitchenette is incredibly helpful for saving money on food. The problem is that I saw 4 different cockroaches in the room across the 2.5 days I was there - and I was rarely in the room other than to sleep, so no telling how many were really there. After the second one I called the hotel reception, and the staff were extremely apologetic and stated they would do something about it and get back to me. I got a message an hour later saying that the room had been sprayed for bugs and to let them know if I see any more roaches. I immediately messaged back multiple times asking for information around the type of spray that was used and whether or not the room was safe to enter / sleep in after spraying. I got no responses to my concern. The next day I see 2 more cockroaches… The staff I interacted with were polite and the rooms are a great deal for the location, but seeing that many cockroaches in that short of a timespan is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable

The room was clean and appeared to have been recently refurbished, which made the stay feel fresh and comfortable. The beds were large and very comfortable, contributing to a good night’s rest. The only drawback was the noise from the busy street below, which was noticeable at times. Although we didn’t use them, the room was well equipped with a small electric stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and a kitchen sink. It would be an excellent option for a longer self‑catering stay, but for us it was just a one‑night stop before continuing on to DC. We hope to book a longer stay next time. The staff, caretaker, and reception/manager were all friendly and courteous, which added positively to the overall experience.

Perfect for a group in the city. The room was clean and came with a kitchen with all necessary pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. The area is close to many trains, stores, Times Square, and the Empire State, though it may get loud at times with the sounds of the city. Would recommend for a stay in the city with a group.
