Located in the heart of Times Square was fantastic. Walk across the street to a Broadway play. A few blocks to the subway station to go just about anyplace. Of course the buzz and craziness of Times Square itself. Add the Bow Tie bar and loung with the amazing view and it's a wonderful place. Complaints were relatively minor - small issue with housekeeping, noisier than many hotels with the noise coming in from outside but it settles down eventually.

Hi, The rooms were pretty decent; however, after further inspection, I found hair in the bathtub and on my pillows. Did not like that at all. But besides that, the hotel is in the heart of Times Square, so everything was within walking distance. The staff was helpful.
