My friends and I enjoyed our stay. From the very first night, we experienced being under well care. Our check in was at 4 PM, however we arrived at 11 AM and they still allowed us to check in early which was very kind. The workers at the front were very helpful and kind throughout our stay. I would recommend again 10/10

The hotel is very clean, room are spacious, bed are very good. The breakfast was also good. The subway station is very close, just a block away from the hotel. While there is really nothing to see around, this is a really good value for those visiting New York and not wanting to pay Manhattan prices.

Very happy with our stay. Felt like a luxurious hotel, loved the high ceilings in the rooms and very comfortable beds. The staff was incredibly responsive providing an early check in and followed up to see if we needed anything. Housekeeping each day is so rare, but they had it which was appreciated. The 24/7 coffee machine was a hit. Close to the subway and also a grocery store for amenities. Would have given 5 stars, but the neighborhood is a bit rough and we weren’t super aware of that when booking, but we had no issues night or day.

The Staff Were Extremely Friendly, The Rooms & Bathroom Was Clean, However I Was Under The Impression That The Amount For The Stay Included Breakfast. But I Had To Pay $20 Per Day For Breakfast & They Didn’t Have No Form Of Protein Just Oats So I Literally Had Nothing & Was Charged $45 Which Is Crazy. I Want A Refund For That But Besides That It Was A Good Stay.

Hidden gem. Super clean and cute hotel with really nice staff. Super simple breakfast but it is included in stay which is nice. If you are staying in the Bronx I would highly recommend this place. Only about 1.4 miles to Yankees stadium.

Hotel inside was awesome the neighborhood it's in wasnt great but what you should expect staying in south bronx. Parking is not great unless you find the few parking spots they have in the back of the hotel. I was with my mom which she has a handicap ♿️ and there was one spot left. Besides that staff were helpful and nice ! Would come back if I visit NYC
