Really good for a family stay, close to everything and good transportation link to Manhattan. The staff were EXCELLENT, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. They were very kind with our request to have ajdoining rooms, which was Great for us and the kids to have our own space. Love the Nu Hotel! See you in 2027!

They have free coffee and water and breakfast. The gym is good enough The front desk staff person could not have been less welcoming. No smile, no warmth, no greeting when we arrived. Not a great way to begin our stay at this hotel. The room is dated. The mattress is old and saggy. The pillows are old and the foam has fallen apart.

Terrific spot and location. Staff were amazingly helpful during the stay with storing and helping to carry items as I was hosting a brunch the next day. The garage staff next door were exceptional!

A clean minimalist hotel with a great location for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very tight. The shower was great. The bed was comfortable. The coffee pot worked well. No refrigerator which made it a little inconvenient. The “breakfast” wasn’t really used.

We had a good time at this hotel. Breakfast was basic continental but was great for our toddler to get fed before a day out in NYC. Room was pretty spacious, especially for NYC standards. They also brought up a crib for our toddler to sleep in which was great. Location was great. Close to metro and also close to some of the charming brooklyn neighborhoods.
