Excellent hotel to stay in while exploring New York. Staff were lovely. Great location near Times Square and Bryant Park. Stayed with my two teenage daughters and we loved it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was amazing and always helpful. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi was a little glitchy, but everything was top-notch and excellent.!

The location and amenities were just what we needed for a busy NYC trip. There is no pool or gym, but we were too busy to need one anyway. The staff was awesome and breakfast was great. Little details like the high-end blow dryer, umbrellas provided and quality coffee machine in the room made it 5 star.

Hotel is in a great location, off of the main streets in Time Square but everything is in walking distance. We stayed in a 2 King bed room, and it was spacious enough for a dresser and small desk. Bathroom was very spacious and shower was a big size. Room was very clean with updated decor. Staff was amazing, everyone was very kind and greeted everyone as they came in and always offered any type of assistance, directions, rides.

The location was great! Only a few minutes from time square and didn't take long to get to the subway. The staff was also really helpful when we had questions. The only thing we didn't like were the floors in the rooms. It was a textured hard floor and it was a little rough after waking all day.
