Had an amazing time! So close to everything and yes tucked away far enough that you could escape the hustle. Love its proximity to Bryant Park as well. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well equipped.

The Luma Hotel was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Between the amazing staff, the clean comfortable rooms, and the location - we couldn’t have picked a more perfect hotel. We will definitely be staying there again!

We definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was amazing and always helpful. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi was a little glitchy, but everything was top-notch and excellent.!

The location and amenities were just what we needed for a busy NYC trip. There is no pool or gym, but we were too busy to need one anyway. The staff was awesome and breakfast was great. Little details like the high-end blow dryer, umbrellas provided and quality coffee machine in the room made it 5 star.

Great stay in Times Square! Perfect location, close to all the things but was quiet in the room. Two king beds was awesome for family vacation. Would definitely stay there again. We went to the dosa place next door three times, it was so delicious!

We had a wonderful stay at LUMA Hotel Times Square! The location was perfect close to Times Square, Bryant Park, restaurants, shopping, and the subway, which made it very easy to get around New York City. The hotel was beautiful, modern, clean, and comfortable. Our room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable after long days of walking around the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. What we enjoyed most was the convenience of the location. We were able to walk to many attractions and easily take the subway to places farther away. It made our NYC trip much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience at LUMA Hotel Times Square and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to New York City. Highly recommended! ❤️🗽

Just back from a fabulous 10 night stay at the Luma Hotel. Booked it based on the excellent reviews and they were spot on. Everything about our stay was absolutely brilliant. All of the staff we spoke to were super helpful and breakfast was delicious. The room was perfect, really clean, with daily housekeeping and had everything we needed with the added bonus of a Dyson hairdryer! We never had to wait for an elevator and the location of the hotel could not have been better, especially if, like us, Broadway shows are a feature of your itinerary. This was our fourth trip to New York and we will definitely be going back. We will certainly book the Luma Hotel when we do return and also recommend it to family and friends.
