I found the room to be very comfortable and cozy, and I appreciated that it was clean and well-equipped with air conditioning. The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. Additionally, the location was perfect; being so close to Penn Station made it very easy to get around the city. Thank you for the great experience.

Easy check in, staff were friendly. Stayed on the 5th floor which had a shared full kitchen that was nice and convenient. No Elevator so be prepared to do some stairs. Good area out back to smoke or sit outside. Overall, not a bad stay.

Check in was easy and instructions on how to access rooms and the building were thorough and clear. Staff was very polite and kept areas clean. Check out was easy process. It’s very well located a staff member jenin Tina was very helpful ! It’s on 5 floors with narrow stairs and no lift ! Tina helped me carry my bag to 5 floor assigned for 6 nights it became extremely uncomfortable and interfered with my holiday ! It’s air conditioning in rooms and that a help ! Every floor has a kitchen and fridge I bought some food that disappeared next day sighout a trace from fridge ! Overall not a pleasant stay despite good location I think 7 nights stay for a 66 yrs old asthmatic myelopthy disabled man could have been on a lower floor and as for food I don’t care I hope someone ate it lolz !

The staff was very friendly, courteous and professional. The shared spaces (kitchens, bathrooms) we're always clean. I didn't get to experience the open backyard space, but I'm sure it falls right in line with the other shared spaces. The room I rented was very clean too. The only standout was the armoire - it was getting of age and not able to hold my clothes on hangers as it was shifting sideways to fall/collapse. I recommend this place for solo travels, especially last minute travels that are in need of something highly affordable.
