The room was really nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and facilities more than adequate. It is a very quirky hotel which might not suit everybody but overall I would say the hotel is well situated in the heart of Chelsea and is a very nice location.

It was a beautifully unique hotel. The rooms were roomy and lush. We thought the bar was really classic and the bartenders were true mixologists. The properties style of Victorian gothic, exterior plush greenery and eclectic artwork make it a stunning stay. We enjoyed staying there and next time we plan to try the restaurants

This hotel has a great history and has been restored in a manner that maintains it. Fantastic art and great architectural details everywhere. Room was nice, bathroom/shower was great. We enjoyed the bar and room service was quick. Small but functional gym was also appreciated. Neighborhood was grittier than Soho/TriBeca or Meatpacking (our usuals) but we enjoyed it. We’ll definitely go back.

Simply amazing. The most comfortable bed and sheets. Great complimentary coffee in the room The whole hotel is gorgeous and unique and feels truly special. Was moved to a room with a balcony which was incredible. True luxury. I cannot wait to come back.

Hotel Chelsea is a wonderful place to stay in the Chelsea neighborhood with a rich history. William gave us a private tour of the property with great stories about it's past, including his personal experiences. We had a minor issue with the hot water which was promptly fixed. A fun, somewhat funky place and we will definitely be back.
