This hotel is a great option for solo travelers, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made my stay enjoyable. However, the property could use some improvements. While the rooms include a mini freezer, there is no microwave available. For the price of the hotel, it would be reasonable to provide a shared microwave for guests. The coffee wasn’t very good, and the bathrooms are in need of maintenance. Another issue is that the rooms tend to get warm at night, especially when everyone has their air conditioning running, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the excellent staff made a positive impression, but the hotel could significantly improve the guest experience by addressing these maintenance and convenience issues.

The room was clean and the staff was polite. NO WORKING AIR CONDITIONER is a deal-breaker. I reported it on Day 2 of my stay -- by Day 5 of my stay there was still no cool air in my room. I stopped by the front desk several times a day for updates and was just told engineers were on Floor 5 working on it. No offer to change to a different floor or proactive information. The hotel is affordable and in a good location, but I won't stay there again.

This hotel is what it is - a compact room. The bed is a foam mattress on a six inch riser, so getting out of bed can be challenging. That said, the staff was great, the location worked for what I needed, and the pizza place across the street is incredible.
