Th hotel has a very good breakfast. The location of the hotel is ideal for those walking to Times Square or around the area. Water bottles and potato chips were offered daily to each room (at the front desk) Staff were friendly. The air conditioners worked very well. Would stay there again should I return to NYC

The locations is great ! The breakfast is a bit caotic. Loads of people and jot place to sit down. Regular American breakfast if yoi like muffins and cerals. There were fruits too. Overall, a good place to stay and be close to all main touristic attractions.

The bed was nice. The air conditioner was nice. Breakfast was good. There were 36 floors and one elevator that worked sometimes. To compensate for the elevator wait times, there was free water, chips, and the staff were super nice.
