I went to NYC with my 15 year old daughter. This was the perfect hotel for what we needed. The room was very spacious (for New York standards) and clean. They came to clean the room everyday. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is great.

Very nice hotel close to subway station in the heart of Manhattan. Off course the rooms are relatively small but this is typical for the area. We loved the breakfast which was included in our stay.

The rooms were clean. Most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast had a fairly decent selection. Cons: There were homeless people and people doing drugs in the patio area. The only time that they were removed from the property was when we would go in and make a complaint. I have stayed here before and was very pleased with everything but I won't be returning to this hotel.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Having access to make hot tea all the time was very much appreciated! The only downside was that our room door would stick and the keys did not work well. We had the try the key multiple times to get the door to unlock.
