Room was nice and staff was friendly. Not enough elevators so it took a ridiculous amount of time to get back and forth to the lobby to the point where we ended up carrying our luggage down 12 flights because the elevator was too tied up.

stayed here for three days loved the staff and room. Everything was clean & I was even given extra toiletries when requested. The staff were very convenient and quick with my request. Check in and check out time was pretty easy as I arrived earlier than check-in time, but staff was able to accommodate me prior to!

The hotel was nice overall, and I enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. However, I do think the property could use some upgrades and a little more cleanliness, especially in certain areas of the room and hotel. With some updates and more attention to cleanliness, I think the hotel could be even better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was extremely convenient for getting around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the air conditioning and overall comfort of the room. It was a great place to stay during my trip to New York, and I would definitely consider staying here again.
