We visited from FL. Breakfast was good, every morning they had a variety of food. The staff is amazing, so kind and attentive. Shout out the lady who works evenings at the front desk, she was always so welcoming and sweet. The ladies around the breakfast area are also great. The room was very clean. Location of this hotel was good, 5 minute walk from Central Station and 15 minutes from Time Square. Would definitely stay here again.

All of the staff was amazing! Even after the evacuation they helped us getting into their sister hotel nearby. Everyone was very attentive and listened to our concerns about our belongings that stayed back. The only complaint I have is I couldn’t finish eating the breakfast that morning, lol. Also the breakfast attendants were so sweet and always going above and beyond!

This is a small hotel with may floors. It was clean & tidy and adequately served our needs. Could of done with an ice machine and fresh drinking water for room use. This hotel was conveniently located close to grand central station. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a complimentary breakfast which is awesome. The rooms do not have a refrigerator or microwave which would have been great to store water or left over food as they do not have a restaurant on site. The place is very clean and the room was nice and cool. Comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again. They have a list of recommended places to eat that they can share with you.
