Worse location and old building

Worse location surrounded by collision centers, body shops and warehouses. Broken cars parked all around. We were scared of walking outside. Building is old and not maintained. Not worth money. Its a 2 star hotel not worth more than $50 a night. Can I expect a refund ?

This is a great hotel.. quiet, clean and will all amenities. Would be great if they had an airport shuttle..

Overall was a good experience. My boyfriend and I come here for special occasions. This is the first time we came 10 minutes after check in and our room still was not ready. Also, about 10 minutes after getting into the room a cleaning lady used her card and came into the room. She obviously didn’t know we were already in the room. But she brought us 2 wash clothes. This upset me. But it’s never happened before. I understand things happen. But they should communicate better. We will still continue to come here on special occcasions because we love it so much.

Comfortable and convenient, decently priced

Nice cheaper alternative than staying in Greenpoint.... Bed and pillows are more comfortable than most 4 stars I've stayed at... There is usually ample parking on the streets around the neighborhood to avoid the $25 on property fee

Very nice hotel close to Manhattan

This was our second time staying at this hotel. It’s a good local getaway. The staff members are always helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is conveniently located near Manhattan. Would definitely stay here again. Parking is available but there is plenty od street parking in the neighborhood.

Front desk guys are rude

The hotel rooms are very comfortable, front desk guys are very rude. There shouldn’t be extra fee for parking lot, rates are high enough already. You pay for parking space, they don’t give you a number of your space, you leave the room and when you get back to the hotel all parking spaces are taken even though you paid $25 extra. Guess why? Because employees/managers/shuttle bus drivers park their cars there. I had to make a scene in the middle of the night at 2am in order for them to move their cars. They asked me to park my car on the street and they would refund me. But this is not why you decide to pay extra for parking lot. A big mess, feels like the manager doesn’t know what he is doing.

Great Hotel

Very nice staff, saves you a 20 minute walk by taking you to train station by the shuttle every day no matter how many times you want, very clean and nice breakfast food. Will definitely stay again! Thank you for everything!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The employees were welcoming and very efficient. I stayed in a jacuzzi suite and it was beyond comfortable clean and very spacious!

Nous avons séjourné une seule nuit. Les pour: lit confortable, petit déjeuner inclus très correct, navette pour aller au métro. Les contres: loin du métro et vous devez attendre la navette parfois longtemps et il y aurait besoin de petits travaux d'entretien et des petites mises à jour au niveau de la décoration.

Upon checking in, the lady at the counter was talking about a $250 fee which I was confused about because she was speaking too fast and looked at me weird when I asked what the fee was for again. Also, one night my girlfriend and I were about to sleep and we started to get itchy around the thigh area and we didn't know what it was (No not bed bugs). I'm assuming it was the products used to wash the blankets and bed sheets. Other than that the room/bed was comfortable and to our expectations. Will come back in the future.

Clean hotel, wonderful staff

Perks of this hotel are the price, the included breakfast, the easy and inexpensive parking and the shuttle service. Highly recommend this hotel for those wanting to save money on accommodations.The hotel shuttle takes you to the closest subway station and also several local restaurants. Obviously, we used the subway daily, but we did Uber a few times, just because it was quicker than waiting on the shuttle and then navigating the subway route (ie from Queens to Battery Park, takes a while). We also did an Uber rather than wait late at night outside the subway station for the hotel shuttle to arrive. However, overall, it was a great location to stay outside the city. Additionally, our room had a gorgeous Manhattan view!

Everything was excellent except she I was charged $12 a night for no reason . I used the free WiFi and they allegedly said I used the $12 one . Manager refused to refund me .
