Great place right in the heart of Williamsburg Brooklyn. Staff are helpful and friendly. Pricing is competitive and typically on the lower side. Close to where I was working so worked out well. Right in the middle of a neighborhood, so it's fairly quiet. The place is not outdated and is clean and comfortable. I will book here again (this was my 2nd time).

This hotel is in a calm area of Williamsburg. Amazing room! The bed is huge! I didn’t really need the balcony considering it was next to a brick wall, but I of course shouldn’t expect anything of real view in New York unless you’re paying around $1,000 for a room, but overall it was great!

It's in a nice family neighborhood. A great grocery store right on the same block and a drug store around the corner. A 20 min walk from a very happening area of Williamsburg. But also just up Franklin at the corner of Myrtle is a pizza shop and bodega. And even a liquor store around the corner from there. The team working there is great. The rooms are clean with a fairly new reno and big TVs. They have linking rooms for those who have older children. It is a great value and above average for NYC. Our daughter lives in NYC and we go there annually. We will be going back to this hotel next year.

Really cool property, notnoutdated like other properties. Its unique and a well taken care of property. No breakfast/meals, no restaurant...just a place to sleep. There is a small sitting area and an outside patio. Staff are professional. Very quiet and comfortable.

The hotel itself is adequate. It has large sized rooms with very comfortable beds, a lovely back terrace where you can sit and enjoy the outside, light snacks (for sale) and AC for those hot NY days. My only watch out for traveller's is it's not a highly walkable neighborhood. Stores close for the Sabbath on weekends and there are only two restaurants and one corner store within walking distance of the hotel.

The room we were given was clean, but only had one mug and no crockery or cutlery (even though it was billed as having a functional kitchenette). The air conditioning was good and the beds were comfortable. The young man on reception was friendly and helpful, unfortunately, the woman receptionist was completely the opposite. When we asked for water for the room, we were told ‘we don’t provide that’. Our sheets weren’t changed, toilet paper wasn’t replenished and we had to ask for fresh towels and cleaning. On our last day we were able to leave our cases for a few hours, but had to retrieve them ourselves from the back of the service basement. The location was fine, but a bus and subway ride from the hub of Brooklyn.

The staff was extremely friendly, understanding and accommodating. The place looks better in pictures but you get what you pay for. If you need a budget place to stay and have business or family in the area go for it however it wasn't what I expected and I more than likely not book there again.
