The staff went over the top to accommodate and were very friendly and kind. The location is perfect for everything you want to do in NY. The rooms were large and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was perfect location for us. Short walk to the garden and midtown. Our room was clean as well. With that said the beds where trash ,elevators where broke down half the time and the breakfast was just bagels n coffee. Probably a nice hotel at one time but in need of work for sure.

Nice overnight stay at a reasonable price for NYC. Room was clean, staff were helpful and courteous. They held our luggage before we checked in. Breakfast was limited but good. Loved the area and felt safe. We will return to the Chelsea Savoy on our next trip to NYC.

Clean room and front desk were really helpful, especially with holding luggage. Location is perfect, close enough to MSG/Penn to walk but slightly quieter. Right next to 28th St station too.

Great location with super convenient access to the 1 subway line. Well maintained and clean spaces both in room, lobby, and breakfast area. Staff was all friendly and helpful. We had a running toilet, and they sent maintenance up quickly to address right away, and manager followed up next day to ensure full repair was completed. Will stay here again next time we're in town. Also love the Chelsea neighborhood with easy walking shops and food in the area.
