I had a great stay. Staff was available at the desk any time I needed them (besides check in, only once for WiFi and once to fix my room card) and were generally pretty friendly. If you want a place to relax with a nice tv, and no one bothering you, this is definitely the place. The decor is pretty nice for this price point comparatively too. Would absolutely stay again.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, AC was cold, tv had Roku which was a plus. Door was hard to open and kept getting stuck, but other than that it was a great stay at a great value and would definitely stay again

The outlets didnt work. The safety lock on the door was broken. The vending machine had very little snacks and the beverage machine had several beverages out of order. There was a lot of noise in the hallways. The comforter on the bed had holes. The room was a bit dirty, the bed seemed broken because it was shaking and creaked whenever pressure was put on it and the bathroom fan was extremely noisy when turned on. The one staff at check in was pleasant. The elevator was clean and smelled good.

My bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and surprisingly high off the floor. The bathroom looked nice at first but for some reason we only had one wash cloth and one hand towel. There was no toilet paper holder and zero shelves in the shower to put the soap on etc.. TV remote barely worked. Was a semi convenient location for UBS arena/ Belmont park especially if you drive.

The hotel rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. However, the room lighting was quite dim and could be improved.My main issues were with the overall experience and service. Most of the rooms are designated for smoking, and management should really use air fresheners or perfume to eliminate the lingering odor. Additionally, the check-in service was the worst I have ever experienced, as the staff member stayed on a personal phone call the entire time instead of focusing on me.

This hotel surprised us as it was clean and staff was great. Room and bed were excellent. There was continuous noise thru out the night and the area was pretty sketchy. Parking worked out great

Front desk left to check me and had no idea about my reservation the room types or anything that had to do with the property. He was very un knowledgeable and it made the beginning of my stay very uncomfortable, but outside of that the property is great. the rooms are cute. The school next-door is really loud, but it’s cute for a little neighborhood getaway.

The room was spacious and the front desk was super helpful. I stayed on the first floor, but the my view was the parking lot. it was difficult to get natural lighting in cause cars were coming and going. You do have to re-activate the key card every 24 hours to get access to the room. This isn’t bad for someone who is looking to save a little money and is staying for a night or two. This is about 20-25 mins away from forest hill stadium which was convenient for my stay and about a 30 min uber ride to mid-town!

The room was ok, quite small, but ok for a one night stay. The shower was not as clean as I would have expected it. The walls inside the shower needed a good clean, the ceiling had mould or some kind of leakage which was not very pleasant. The reception area and the room smelled of weed/cannabis, which was not good. The hotel is fairly close to JFK, which was convenient, but in a very busy neighbourhood. You can easily miss the hotel when driving to it, due to the fact that it was merged between a Storage Facility and array of shops. I really liked the fact that it had parking and it was free, that was the deciding factor for us, because not many hotels in that area has parking or are even free. The staff was very helpful and friendly. For a one night stay, its not bad and the price was good. But I would reconsider staying there for a longer period of time.

I had no hot water for my two night stay. Maintenance came and tried to fix it without success. Maintenance man was very nice though! It seems they have extended stay guests that were smoking weed in the hotel. Yhe hallway stunk of weed and cigarettes. The location is close to UBS arena which is why I stayed there. Also close to LIRR station.

The only good thing that I can say about this property is that the front desk staff was very nice and had good customer service and hospitality skills. However, the rest of the hotel was terrible. As soon as you walk in your hit with a smell of something between cigarettes weed and chemicals. The property looks nothing like the photos they advertise. Yes it does look recently updated but not professionally more like someone’s Uncle also is a handyman and needed a side job. The rooms are small very dusty very outdated. The center light between the beds had no lampshade there was an inch of dust on the headboard. The toilet paper was left from the previous guest and probably the worst thing were the pillows. They did not look clean at all. The pillowcases were old stained and almost looked gray, but they were once white.On top of that they were extremely thin and uncomfortable. No part of the room or the lobby looked clean or sanitary extremely disappointed not worth the money. Do not waste your time or your money at this property..

Worst experience of my life. Won’t recommend if you are travelling with kids. You just feel people are just smoking everywhere as soon as you enter the hotel. Bad smell of smoke, no consideration if you want to cancel your stay. Terrible staff, no cleanliness. Don’t choose this hotel if you are travelling with the family. Washrooms low quality. Shower all rusted and exhaust fan makes the loudest and creepiest noise EVER. Door is broken and when we wanted a refund, they said no because 24 h are already done even if only 4 were. You will keep hearing noises from other rooms, LIR train. Won’t recommend to anyone.
