This hotel is fine. There are no cheap hotels in New York but this one was affordable. It is in a pretty dirty part of the city but transportation was pretty easy via subway. This is not a destination hotel, this is a utilitarian lodging situation for a city visit. It was a safe place to sleep for one night.

I love it here! They make everything so simple from check-in to check out and staff is there we need them. This is the perfect place to stay if you want something comfortable, easily accessible to everything while experiencing cultural diversity it’s truly the city that never sleeps!.

The area lobby was missing light, the smell was if it was a seafood store, I donr know if it was for the neighbors locals and the elevator was dark because the havent fix the lamps. The hallways of the room areas were kind of dark too, but when I enter to my room was better. It was clean and it has fridge and microwave. The bed sheets has some stains. The best part of this hotel was only the location because they have 2 stations 6 minutes walking distance.

The location of the property was great, literally next door to the Manhattan bridge. Cleanliness was below average, staff wasn’t the friendliest, and the room had a weird smell when we walked in. But, for the price for the location we got, compared to other hotels, I would recommend if you’re on a budget and not too picky with where you stay! You’re in NY you’re going to be out of your hotel room 90% of the time anyway!

The room was halfway decent for NY. Just reminder rooms are tiny. But the price was a great valve for your money. The internet was in and out and the staff was ok. Don’t dare to check in before 3 PM. This is right in the middle of China town and Little Italy. Great location! That’s a pulse. There is a parking garage around the corner for $68.00 for 24 hours. A Uber ride from hotel to Little Italy is about $13.00. Plus a tip. Park your car and take Uber or take a 10 minute walk!

The hotel is okay for the price. Room was clean and cool and the beds were comfortable. Shower worked, but the shower curtains broke off while using them and the lock on our door didn’t even work. If we were staying longer than a night we probably would have looked elsewhere

There are nice amenities here, like a large coworking space with a fridge and freezer. However the elevator broke on the last day of my stay, not long before check out time and I am mobility disabled. There were other customers who use mobility devices who were stuck on our floor as well. It’s a good place for able bodied solo travelers

The hotel was convenient to Chinatown as we were celebrating Chinese New Year. We even found street parking right in front of the hotel!. Great location and clean hotel. We would stay there again.

Pros: - Clean room for a decent price - Comfortable bed - Great Chinese food all around the hotel Cons: - Only a tiny bedside table in the room, so there is no place to put stuff aside from the floor - Lots of hallway noise late at night (bring earplugs) - Window A/C unit was loud

Solid, very basic hotel. Clean rooms that seem like they were remodeled in the last 5 years. Blankets were thin, if you run cold you may want to bring an extra with you. Storage of luggage is allowed at the front desk before check in and after check out, but does not seem very secure. Staff is helpful however front desk was unattended multiple times.
