The hotel is simple. Room size was good. The staff is what shined. From the young lady at the front desk, to the cleaning, security and maintenance staff; all went above and beyond in providing a great experience. They were kind and responsive. One of the better budget friendly options in the Bronx. Highly recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room was average, but at least it looked clean. I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but unfortunately it still smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The odor was so noticeable that I had a hard time sleeping both nights. The bed was large and comfortable, but the pillows were very firm and not very comfortable. There is parking available, but it’s limited. The first night the parking lot was full, so we had to park on the street. The second night we were able to get a parking spot. One thing I appreciated was that the hotel had security, which was definitely a plus. The location was one of the best parts of the stay. It was convenient for visiting the Bronx, Manhattan, and New Rochelle. Overall, I think this hotel is okay if you just need a place to sleep for one night. I personally wouldn’t recommend it for families with children, and I don’t think I would stay here again because of the cigarette smell.
