Love the location, and the hotel. The only constructive criticism I would give is when I asked what subway station I should get off at. Without question the best station is 42’d Port Authority. They gave me the station before, and it was a much longer walk, and it happened to be raining that day. Mike

Room was clean. Lobby does not look as nice as the picture. Needs some renovation. No elevators. Struggled with luggage up and down stairs and staff just looked and offered no assistance. Only one bed and not two. Two towels in the bathroom. No hand towels or wash towels. Great location. Staff was nice.

This is a fantastic location and a reasonably priced hotel. That's about all I can say. My electricity shorted out as soon as I checked in so I only had 1 working outlet for my 1 night stay. As a business traveler, I had to decide to use my AC, charge my cell phone, or use the lamps. I had to charge my phone, so spent the night sweating. The bed was comfortable, so if the AC and electricity had been working, I would have been okay. The wifi in this building is unusable from the 4th floor (walk up, by the way, no elevator.) Ultimately, This was not ideal for a business traveler, but at least I didn't get bed bugs and the place was relatively clean despite a few holes in the bathroom walls that had been recently patched. I also had my own private bathroom, which I didn't realize was an amenity, but I guess it is in Time Square at this price point.

For the price and location it was great, room was clean and the staff was attentive. Just an suggestion, The room would have been perfect if it had a small microwave and small refrigerator, but i can see that the place is been updated. Overall great stay.

Great location, within walking distance to so much good stuff. Check in / out was super easy and security staff are there 24 hrs to let you in/out of the building which gave us comfort. Rooms are a good size and beds are comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

4th story walk up with no elevator right in the heart of the theater/food district. Pack light and spend most of your time out of the room and this will be a stellar place for you to stay. Can’t beat the price for the location.

Staff was great. Good location only few minutes walk to Times square and lots of food options. Although cleaning solution they use was too strong, its giving me headache. The smell didn't go away for the 5 days we stayed there. Hope they also provide better quality towels.
