Very charming property with high ceilings,large suites, vintage furnishings. I loved the small outdoor wading pool with underwater lighting. However, the maintenance was spotty with loose knobs, sc inratched furniture and more. The breakfast was mediocre while the setting was beautiful.

Wow there is so much to be said for the amazing. Chase, Sean, Andrew, Annika, Terrance, Steve, and Christine. You all made this Birthday celebration absolutely top knotch. The service was absolutely outstanding! This hotel has charm, and the location is just close enough to all the main attractions. We were love you guys! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The hotel is very well located. The staff is nice and very helpful. The room is comfortable and amenities are ok. The only thing I could point out as an opportunity is the rug in the bedroom, I’d eliminate it. Had a great stay, if I’m back to Nola I’d stay here again.

Our first night was a bit rough because our room adjoined the dipping pool and the smell in the room was so musty I could taste it. The next day we asked the staff about it and they moved us to a non-smell room, comped us the first night and gave us a breakfast voucher. They really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
