Every staff member was helpful. We loved the rooftop pool. The restaurant and bar areas were great. I loved my bathroom and standing shower. The rooms were clean and well kept. And the location was perfect and within walking distance of the French Quarter.

We loved staying here!! Front desk was so friendly and helpful. We were commenting how soundproof these rooms are, we haven’t heard a peep. The room was super clean and the A/C feels so good!! As for location, it was perfect for us, we enjoy walking and found it to be a fast 20 minutes to get to Riverwalk, about 25 to French Market. We found yummy coffee shops within 5 minute walk, a couple of really good restaurants across the street!!

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. However, we were a bit surprised and turned off by the condition of the carpets in our room. Very stained and worn, and in need of updating!
