Great staff and flexible booking. The neighborhood needs some landscaping but don't let it deter you from staying. Great value too.

The people that run it are super nice and accommodating, but the people renting rooms are sketchy and weird. The entire area is sketchy and honestly, ghetto. Kinda wish it said I’d be staying in literally the 9th ward. The property itself was ok, a bit run down and given the good old landlord special. But it was clean.
