**Perfect quiet escape near Frenchman Street**
We stayed here for our anniversary trip and couldn't have picked a better spot. The staff was incredibly kind from the start — they reached out after booking with helpful info and great local recommendations, and communicated well throughout our stay.
The location is fantastic: walking distance to Frenchman Street, which has live jazz, great bars and food, and a much quieter, safer feel than Bourbon Street. We also had easy access to the streetcars/trains, plus nearby cafes, restaurants, and live music. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe, and we walked almost everywhere.
Parking was a huge plus — they have a private lot with a garage door clicker, plus some free street parking in front (though limited). The hotel itself was spotless, quiet, and beautifully styled. Rooms don't have TVs, but they make up for it with excellent AC and an in-room sound machine you can run continuously or on a timer. Our room also had a small kitchenette (microwave, sink, mini fridge), a hair dryer, and coffee/tea/half-and-half available. The courtyard with art and sculptures was a beautiful touch, and the beds were super comfortable.
If you want to experience New Orleans in the French Quarter without being right in the thick of the chaos, I highly recommend staying here. It felt safe, peaceful, and clean — perfect for our anniversary.
