Worked perfectly for our family. Great property with an authentic sense of place. Easy street parking. Walkable to Magazine St. and to some of the nicest restaurants around. Nice for strolling the Garden District neighborhood and ogling the houses. Tidy neighborhood. Appreciated the complementary pastry and coffee in the AM, since we don't usually require more than that to get started. About a 15 min drive to Treme for music. Not in the heart of revelry, which works well for our purposes. Short walk or drive to the best collard green and bologna sandwiches in the world.

We thought this place was just great. Great building, big room, big bed, helpful staff. Many things to do within walking distance, and it's two blocks off the streetcar to the French Quarter. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Henry Howard Hotel. The hotel has a lot of charm and character, the location is convenient to everything in the Garden District, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
