If you’re looking for true Nola experience you’d love this place. Walking distance from everything French Quarter, nice room w/ balconies, shaded pool in the courtyard, and my favorite - complimentary voodoo chips. Will definitely be back.
Very nice place, the blonde hair lady was amazing, the gentlemen was also nice and helpful. We definitely will be staying again. They also had free laundry and you can get a single laundry pods from the Walgreens up the street. Felt very safe with the gates and codes and pool was amazing. Only issue was the mosquitoes by the pool but if your in the pool they do t mess with you. If your think g about should you do this instead of a traditional hotel you definitely should do this place !
This was our first time in New Orleans and we would definitely stay here again. The studio was beautiful and right by the pool. The staff was friendly as well as some of the actual time share owners. This hotel is close to everything and I truly felt safe the whole time. The pool felt amazing in the July heat and the morning coffee was an added perk. It was a perfect getaway!
This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The entire property is very well maintained and beautiful courtyard, this is a historic property so it’s great to just sit in courtyard and take it in. The studios and one bedrooms are older styled but clean and in working order, you’re able to cook in the rooms with small stove, microwave and fridge. Location is perfect for getting around both French Quarter and city. Will be returning back in August.
Really close to Bourbon Street. Very clean rooms. Only thing that was not perfect was that both beds were in the same room. Want a deal breaker. Good place, we will be back again!
Staff is courteous and fun. The room was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a timeshare in a renovated historical property, but that renovation happened decades ago. The property is a basic accommodation that will work well for someone who doesn't need something fancy, but wants the utility of a cooktop, refrigerator, sink, and a decent bed. It is relatively quiet despite being two blocks from Bourbon Street.
This a charming spot with small rooms, apartments, and and even a larger condo-style unit available. Really nice location in the French Quarter close to whatever you want to get up to....
