Mediocre experience - ok for a night

This hotel is quite dated in decor and not super well kept. The part of town it is in feels a little unsettling but it’s a short walk central to restaurants etc. The place is very secure at night. Service was mediocre with staff very particular e.g. charge for coffee, unwilling to carry or set up cot for child. The cot was also not clean which was frustrating after having to set it up ourselves.

Très bon accueil à notre arrivée mais plusieurs déceptions dans la chambre. L' une des serviettes sentait très mauvais et nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser. Pas de produit douche dans le distributeur, vide depuis longtemps. Pas de prise dans la salle de bain. Pas de climatisation pour une chambre exposée à l' ouest.

Les chambres mériterait une bonne rénovation concernant la literie et surtout elles devraient être équiper de Climatisation pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. N'ayant pas eu le temps de prendre le PDJ et l'ayant payé la veille au soir un remboursement plutôt qu'un refus catégorique aurait été plus commerçant.

Hoe een hotel aan 3 sterren raakt, weten we niet. Misschien een ruime kamer? Die was er. Of een goede douche? Check. En daar stopt het wat ons betreft. Erg gesteld op honden zijn we niet maar als die ons ook nog komen opwachten bij het ontbijt nadat ze in de ontbijtruimte een stevige drol hebben neergelgd... De ontbijtdame (eigenares?) had dit overigens nog niet eens opgemerkt. Voor ons hoeft het niet meer. Afvoeren, die handel.

Un hôtel avec un grand besoin de rénovation, des problématiques avec la Clim/ chauffage qui a claqué toute la nuit , pas évident au vu des températures, certes il y a un chauffage mais insuffisant, je suis extrêmement déçu au vu du tarif , quel dommage l accueil de l’arrivée était parfait

Hôtel un peu vieillot et mal isolé. Plutôt propre mais à déplorer des toiles d’araignées et une odeur d’humidité des draps ( mal séchés) Parking payant (non annoncé). Service limité pour un 3* : pas d’eau ni de bouilloire pour se faire un thé ou un café dans la chambre.

Het was fijn dat we de auto op het terrein beschermd konden parkeren omdat we op doorreis waren. De kamer stonk echter naar rook. De bedden zijn minder lang dan we gewend zijn, voor de voeten van mijn vriend was geen plaats. Wij zullen hier niet meer komen.
