“This pub is a really well looked after and the rooms are super comfortable... lovely bed, large rooms... The breakfast is top quality and a great comfortable experience... The only things to note are, it is not as close to Henley as I thought, it was about 4-5 miles away and there is NO mobile reception in the pub or the rooms... if you need to make or receive any calls, you have to walk around the car park or the village for a reception...! Apart from that, I would definately go back and stay,...

“It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh). Everyone else seemed a bit surprised to have guests, and the women working at the bar weee positively rude in their demeanour. It could definitely do with an injection of cash to update it. “The Market House has very nice employees that will hold your luggage pre and post stay and even deliver to your room. The hotel is very close to the city center. Otherwise, nothing special. Just an average hotel room. Note: You will need to sign a waver releasing them from responsibility in case of fire as there are no functioning windows.”
