The beds and pillows were great. Very clean and quiet. It is a lot quieter than a lot of hotels with way less traffic noise. It is well lit at night and has inside doors and cameras for security. Ladies at the desk were great and answered questions about local restaurants and things to see and do. The housekeepers were quiet for later sleepers too. We absolutely will stay again.

Stay was great, about what you’d expect for this type of motel, this is our second time staying, and would definitely stay again. Even though it was busy, the motel was quiet. Only complaint was that the breakfast left something to be desired. Lady that checked the sand was nice and friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean!

We have family in Neosho and Seneca and this location was perfect. A good amount of restaurants and shops within 5min drive (i.e. Walmart, Lowes, gas station, pop eyes, burger king, dollar tree, etc). Staff was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 start is because the walls and floors are paper thin. We were on the ground level and can hear every movement above us.

Definitely the worst hotel experience of my life. My family and I checked into the hotel, then after checking in were asked to leave the hotel because we have two dogs. The Expedia page states "Pets are free", so we assumed it was ok. We agreed to leave, and were told we would be refunded by the receptionist. After leaving I was told by Expedia the manager would not refund our cost of $162.70 for the stay, claiming that the Expedia page states we need to contact the hotel about dogs before the stay. It does not state that anywhere on the Expedia page.
