The hotel was really nice, the staff friendly, the food spectacular, and the beach spotless. The only thing I didn't like was that on the weekend, the nightclub next door blasts music until 5 a.m., and we found it very hard to sleep with all that noise.

This hotel felt like a private resort. We booked a larger room with a kitchen and it was pretty well-equipped. The pool and hot tub were great and the direct access to the beach with a little patch that was private was lovely. The sand and water were perfect. The Jaybird restaurant and bar was also a nice addition. Most of the staff was very nice and attentive, the manager even called us to make sure everything was good.

My family and I had an amazing time in Negril staying at Rondel Village. The service, the food, the place just beautiful. The life guard (Duran) was such a great help. He made sure the waters were clean, watched thoroughly for the kids safety, gave tips on making our stay even better. He always made sure fresh towels were ready. He blew up our floats for the water and advised on best times to see the sun calm waters. I can't forget the guidance he gave on best parasailing and boat options. We had an absolutely grand time. The scenery and pathways to the beach all filled with fruits and flowers etc. The rooms were always well cleaned Veronica always made sure our rooms were perfect. Smells great all the time. No garbage anywhere. Very polite and homey feel. Will definitely return to Rondel. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. 20 out of 10 over all.

It was our second stay at the Rondel and I can’t say enough how much I love staying there and the staff! Even after the devastation of hurricane Melissa everyone was in high spirits and still bringing good vibes! This place and its people feel like extended family!
