I found this hotel to be perfect for what i was looking. Right in the beach, small, helpful staff. Room was cleaned and towels changed everyday. I will stay here again!

The rooms are okay, the beach has really gotten bad. Nobody cleans it, the beach chairs and little tables stay super dirty. I lifeguard is sleeping or on his phone the whole time. The kitchen staff and housekeeper were so sweet! Kayden ( not sure that’s how you spell her name). The food isn’t bad but please start cleaning up your beach area this little hotel is so cute to have a dirty beach.

Very peaceful property to lay back and relax,food good,drinks good,Latoya was in charge of meals alot and bar,very pleasant staff.Small property alot better than a big noisy place full of drunks.Beach very good,few feet away.Needs a large fan in dining area when no breeze.Dont expect phones in room.Got stood up on picking us up.Suggest using JUTA service .

We had a really good stay at Negril Palms. The location is hard to beat, right on Seven Mile Beach with beautiful views and a very relaxed atmosphere. The grounds were well kept, and we always noticed staff working to keep the property clean. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at home from check-in to departure. This isn’t a luxury resort, but that’s part of its charm. If you’re looking for a laid-back beachfront hotel with a genuine Jamaican feel and great value for money, Negril Palms is definitely worth considering. We enjoyed our time there and would happily stay again.

Upon arrival at Negril Palms we were greeted warmly and staff was helpful and friendly. We loved walking down the bamboo and palms walkway and it seemed to give more privacy to each private balcony and porch. We were comfortable with our room location but we got the impression that it was not fully prepared for our arrival. we were in our room for about a half hour when staff came to finish sweep and bring additional bathroom items. The room was relaxing for us and the bed was comfortable. What we appreciated the most about our stay was the location. On the beach their bar and dining area overlooks the beach. We enjoyed every meal that was prepared for us and the service that was given showed the staff really wanted our stay to be enjoyed. Great and safe walking distance on the main road to shopping area and two wonderful restaurants that gave us more options. Overall for the rate, location and service from staff, we would stay again at Negril Palms.

Over all stay was great…. The rooms could use a blanket on the beds, not just sheets. Especially when AC is being used and also have a kettle to get hot water for coffee or tea in room. I would definitely stay here again. Location is perfect!!!! Staff were nice!

Was nice, comfortable hotel. Love the fact it was directly on the beach, accessible to loads of bars and restaurants along the beach, so didn't eat at all in the hotel. Unfortunately, I was without hot water for one or two days, but the issue was resolved pretty quickly. Staff were polite and helpful. For the price, was worth the stay.

The staff were excellent all around. From the time we arrived, everyone made us feel very welcome and at home. From the office staff to, the clean comfortable room, the food offerings and kitchen staff, drinks, friendly bar tenders, pristine beach and pool, excellent lifeguards and maintenance staff, and beautiful gardens, everything was great.
