We enjoyed our stay Staff helpful and friendly, the room was clean and the view wonderful. Bed was quite comfortable but two of the blinds on our room were broken and the bathroom a bit tired. The soundproofing was inadequate with guests making lots of noise in the middle of the night and then, again, eariy in the morning. Having said that, I'd stay again.

Liked the ocean view. The staff were polite but I saw differential treatment. While checking in, they offered the person across a cool towel and a welcome drink. I was just sitting across and no acknowledgement.

Wonderful, helpful staff at this hotel. I can't thank them enough. I had a fall at the bottom of some stairs and they provided first aid to stop my leg bleeding and arranged transport to a nearby hospital. It was a very busy day at the hotel as there was a Kite Festival. a big wedding, and fireworks display all at that time, as well as total traffic chaos. The manager also visited me at the hospital the next day to check if everything was okay.
