“The rooms were excellent. The best thing that I liked about the place are the service from people. Super friendly and courteous, there is never an answer of “no” or “can’t be done “. While I don’t remember everyone who helped us out, few names that I remember are, Ajeesh at check-in, Vijay at the restaurant, Prabhakar at th the reception are all excellent. Sorry others, I can’t recollect all of your names. If they keep up the service level high, then this will be top hotel to stay in...

“Unfortunately we couldn’t stay at the emerald. The ac was broken and we were only informed once we arrived. We stayed at their other inn which was not similar to the emerald and what our expectations were. Disappointed in our stay. ”
