The staff were lovely and very helpful booking tours, taxis and discussing local travelling . The amenities are just not 4 star . The outdoor bar lacks character and experienced bartender. The hotel inside and out just looked warn. No fresh flowers, towels were not plush, lobby furniture needed to be freshened up and it just wasn’t a place that you enjoyed coming back to after evening dinner . Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our balconies as well . The photos on the website are NOT showing the actual state of this hotel .

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel, even though it wasn’t right in the city center it was very conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and shops and a 15min walk to the center of town. There’s a grocery store right in front of it which was great for a longer stay and the pool at the hotel was excellent.

Porto Naxos Hotel was a pleasure

Really nice hotel on the edge of Naxos Town. Clean and comfortable room with garden view. Air conditioning was good. Pool was very nice. Staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast was ok. It is a fairly flat 0.7 mile walk into the centre of town and about 0.5 mile to the decent town beach. The supermarket and a bus stop are across the road. There is also an open air cinema next door.

We had the most amazing stay at Porto Naxos Hotel. It was beautiful hotel. Breakfast was fantastic the room was great. Having a pool was absolutely fantastic. It was very easily located to the main town and beach. Was only 10 Min walk in. But far enough away to be quiet at night. Would definitely come and stay there again on our next trip to Naxos.

I absolutely loved my stay at Porto Naxos Hotel on Naxos Island, but like any place, there are a couple of areas that could use a little improvement. Located a bit further from the main town, this hotel offers a peaceful retreat away from the tourist hustle and bustle, which I found to be a great thing. If you want to explore the old town, it's just a 20-minute walk away. We did this on one day, but spent most of our time exploring the island's stunning beaches. The location of the hotel has some added perks too. There's a high-end supermarket directly across the street, making it super convenient to stock up on supplies for day trips. Plus, there are a few restaurants, scooter rental spots, and even an open-air cinema nearby. The cinema was a cool experience, even if the movie was a bit lackluster. As for the hotel itself, the rooms are spacious and there aren’t too many of them, which gives the place a nice, intimate feel. However, the one major drawback was the outdated shower situation. Clearly, this is an older hotel that’s had a facelift, but they should have ditched the old bathtubs in favor of modern showers. The current setup leads to water pooling all over the bathroom floor, which isn’t exactly ideal. The breakfast spread was pretty good, though a bit heavy on the Greek pies. Don’t get me wrong, they were tasty, but it would’ve been nice to have a few more savory options to mix things up. Last but not least, the pool area was a highlight. There were always sunb
