We stayed at this property for five days, and it was the best experience out of all the other hotels that we stayed at on this Greece trip. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the food was excellent and the rooms as well as the resort was clean and well taken care of. We have nothing bad to say about our stay there and we will definitely be back!

I am so glad we booked this beautiful resort for our first family trip to Greece!! The staff err incredible, so helpful and accommodating. The food was the BEST!! Higher standard than the port restaurants. Our 45 year old and 8 year old loved the amenities, the staff and the food! This hotel is a 10 out of 10, location, pool, ocean and staff are all top notch. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the entire staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A special mention has to go to Manousos, who was our waiter and truly made our experience even better. He was incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His kindness and positive attitude really stood out, and he is definitely someone who knows how to make guests feel special. The service throughout our stay was excellent, the atmosphere was wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We left with great memories and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended — 5 stars! And a big thank you to Manousos for the outstanding service!

We just spent 5 nights at Naxos Magic Village as a family of seven and we can’t say enough good things about this resort. We were greeted at the door with a champagne drink and help to our room. The staff are all wonderful, two brothers and a Mom and Dad. Vasilious and Orestus, forgive me for butchering your names are the brothers and they are so fun, knowledgeable and professional. Ornella and Petros, the parents are complete gems! You might get to meet Ornella but I believe she is the heart of the operation in the kitchen. Her food is absolutely delicious and we couldn’t get enough of her tzatziki!!Petros was also a gem and made us feel so very welcome! Always a smile on his face and a Thank you!! He strives for a welcoming atmosphere and he hits his mark everyday!!Finally Manos, shy but all heart. He is a server at dinner, and around the pool and does an excellent job! Our rooms were comfortable and clean and very homey. We were treated like gold, fed like kings and felt all the Love. If ever we return to Naxos this will be the resort that we return to! The hotel and rooms felt old and run down. Pool as well. Beds were okey comfortable though and breakfast okey. Nothing special about the hotel. Car distance from any good restaurants and good beaches so renting a car is a must if you don’t want to be stuck at the hotel (didn’t try the beach closest to the hotel because the crazy strong winds there). The view outside the room (superior seaview) was nice but it was not possible to sit out there because of the strong winds (which is common in Naxos). We had our own car and only used hotel for sleep more or less since it didn’t feel like a place you want to hang out at (we’re a family of 5).

The staff are amazing! Poppy at the front desk is extremely helpful and the other staff are also super attentive. They helped me book a tour last minute. I was having trouble with my room lock and they were able to fix it swiftly. The location is amazing since it’s not too far from the towns but also not crowded. There is a beach just 3min away but you need your own towel. This place is great if you have a vehicle or else you have to walk 15min to a very inconsistent bus or get a slightly overpriced taxi. The pro is that there’s plenty parking. The breakfast buffet and the restaurant is great, they have plenty of options. Wifi is not great in the rooms but overall I had a fantastic stay.

A truly special family-run hotel — we didn’t want to leave! ❤️ This is the kind of place that makes a trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and kindness. The family who runs this hotel is incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating — they make you feel less like a guest and more like someone they are genuinely happy to have in their home. Everything is so beautifully cared for and exceptionally well kept. You can tell how much pride and love this family puts into the property and into making sure their guests have a wonderful stay. Anytime we needed anything, they were happy to help, and every interaction felt sincere and personal. And then there is the food! It has honestly been incredible. Fresh, delicious, beautifully prepared, and exactly the kind of Greek food you hope to find while visiting Greece. We’ve enjoyed some of our favourite meals right here at the hotel. There are plenty of places you can stay that are beautiful or convenient, but it’s the people who make a place special — and this family truly does. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay feel so easy and enjoyable. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this little gem in Naxos and would absolutely stay here again. If you’re considering booking, do it. You’ll be very well looked after. 🇬🇷❤️
