Room switch was disastrous lost 1 full day ,no power for part of day. Was to be 2 days before we left. Pool is nice could do with cleaning around the pool area very dirty feet,napkins in pool. Breakfast good, close to everything. Should not have booked extra day lost 1 days . They do hold luggage which i found out later. People checking out delayed our entry into room. Spent 2 hrs only in a room i paid for 2 days.in euro ouch

Given a room not pictured in any of the photos- small and characterless. Room located very close to the busy road and no soundproofing. Small window with curtains that didn’t block the lights outside at night. As room was ground floor, there was no privacy if curtains open, so no outlook during the day. Bed was poor quality and very uncomfortable. Bathroom smelt like sewerage. Kettle provided in the room but no mugs or tea/ coffee.Breakfast was ok but nothing was quality. Pool area not bad. Service was poor, room not cleaned some days. Arranged to have access to breakfast 10 minutes early on our last day as had to leave early but staff completely ignored us when we knocked repeatedly. Location was 5-7 minutes walk to the beach and 15 -20 minutes to the old town area.

This hotel is great for relaxation since it is slightly out of the main town. It is right next to a bus station that takes you to the main beaches. Pool is lovely and rooms are clean and a good size. Would recommend!

Staff was amazing!! So helpful in getting me anything I needed and was so safe, I never felt like I was in any danger at all. Good price, I would only recommend adding a paper signal for housekeeping to keep from any scares.. Property was fine. Good area, close to a cinema but a bit of a walk to the busier areas, worth it!

Love the Naxos Holiday

If you want to feel right at home look no further. This hotel is so homey and nice and different. The people that work there make you feel like family. I loved it. And all in our party loved it too. We stayed at the room that has the huge balcony and you seat outside and the breeze is so great.

We found the local convenient and the front desk helpful. Great grocery store and bakery next door. Nice pool and deck. Our room was nice however the beds were very hard and even though it came with a kitchenette there was no plates, utensils, etc.

The property was nicely located about a 15 minute walk from the shops, restaurants, and the port. The room was large but not well laid out. It did have a nice balcony. The pool area was quite large. The included breakfast was quite disappointing and didn’t have much to choose from. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Would not recommend, breakfast poor, not much variety and not replenished regularly. Room v small, tiny old fashioned shower, v little storage. Hotel toilet was not clean and remained dirty for over a day. Staff polite and pool was good as was outside spaces.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Naxos! The staff was amazing, especially Katerina, who gave me all the information I needed to get around town, recommended great restaurants, and helped organize excursions to visit other islands. The room was cleaned every day, which made the stay very comfortable. There is also a supermarket right beside the hotel, which was very convenient. The location is perfect — close to the town, wonderful beaches and the airport. I highly recommend this hotel and I had a great time during my stay!

Due to timing change i had to book in 2 parts I tried reaching g out to hotel to book 4-5 days straight i 1 room. They said I had to ho thru Expedia. Constantine tried to help but it ended being disastrous we lost 1 45hr of a day . If I had realised I would have checked out 19th got them to hold luggage till 5pm. I had paid until 20th august checkout. However they moved us on 19th could not check into room until 1-1.30pm the people supposedly late cheking out. Then powrr failure so wd were only in room 2 hrs.waste time & a lot of money.
