“The bathroom was not clean at all! I Here’s a stronger, polite but honest review you can post: Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, and despite requesting laundry service, no one came to collect the clothes. The property also did not have a microwave, and there was no dishwashing liquid or sponge provided, which made it difficult to clean up after meals. Overall, the property needs better attention to cleanliness, basic amenities, and...

“The staff at the property are amazing. We were there for 10 days and as time went on it was like they were family. From when we arrived, we were greeted with a song. There are three restaurants so there is variety for everyone. My husband went on the river tubing excursion and loved it. The rooms were very clean and anything we needed staff were always helpful”

“Playa común sin corales. Comida regular. Habitación muy amplia luminosa y amplia”

“When did the clock stop? Clearly in its day a great resort, then something happend. It's stuck in time, elements are current, elements need renovation. We stayed 2 nights, the restaurant/bar lacked the attention expected today - menu choice/availability. In our view the venue needs investment, (not just financial) it needs driving towards the expectations of the 21st century.”

“Where to start, wow, from when we were dropped off, the team was amazing. They performed a traditional warrior dance with full on costumes. The ocean views, rooms, restaurants, pool side and very warming culture make this an amazing place to go, for both families with kids, and also couples wanting a romantic few days. We would HIGHLY recommend it.”

“Convenient but rooms need update. Lots of dust and mosquitoes Smell stale. Need new rugs in hallways and filters need cleaning. Some staff don’t have smile on face. No microwave in rooms to warm food etc. very small eating space in rooms. But very secured with security for safety. Halal option not available as all meat kept close to each other giving rise to food contamination. Should have separate table for halal food option. Spoon not provided with cutlery. But yeah love the...

“Very quiet and private. The family enjoyed it very much. The host was so helpful and friendly. We shall definitely return to this holiday home. ACE!”

Moviliario sucio y viejo. Lo que me gustó: desayuno, ubicacion.”
