Vacations Close To Nature Museum

We stayed there for three nights. For the first night we were placed in an older room and you could tell. The furniture was very dated and very uncomfortable. The bed was fine, but the "living room" couch and chairs seemed to be from the 70s. We were then told we would have to move out of this room and into another room but couldn't check in until 4 p.m. so had to check our items with the bellman. We were moved to the 11th floor in another great room - panoramic. The furniture was definitely updated in here but still "dated." BIG ISSUE - NO HOT WATER. We called them, maintenance came up and told us there were issues with the boiler and nothing they could do. No offer for us to switch rooms. We were unable to take showers or make use of the jacuzzi tub because the water was freezing. Very disappointed in this stay. I recommend that you not stay in the Masquerade Tower - it is the old tower and is in dire need of updating.

Very good
