“When i checked in i was told that breakfast is not included when my booking clearly showed it was included. The first night AC did not work and we were not able to sleep all night. Breakfast buffet was very basic, staff said bcz they dont have enough guest they have limited breakfast. We ordered one tea in lobby and they charged us two tea ans service charge, swimming pool was not clean at it had pigeon poop and there were pigeons inside property over all very bad experience and will never stay....

“This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent setting with great facilities and a very attentive team. 5 star service. The amravali suites are very nice. However the hotel does seem to attract quite annoying guests, the north Indian middle classes who are crude in their behaviours. “Clean modern room, very good service, ac, good hot shower, and an excellent view of the statue from the roof top. The downsides are it is not great for seniors or anyone with mobility issues as you have to walk uphill a bit to get back from the temple. Gate 2 of the temple is also a 5-6 minute walk away and 10 minutes if you have mobility issues, which isn't obvious from listing.
