I can say nothing but great things about staying here. Ms. Colleen was super sweet. She welcomed us into her home like we were family. She told us to make ourselves at home. She cooked us a fantastic breakfast. In fact , it was a lot of delicious food. We give her a ten star. Loved the experience.

Sunnyside B&B is the BEST bed & breakfast ever!! Colleen is so welcoming, home is beautiful & peaceful, the breakfasts yummy, the Christmas trees are magical. Colleen is the most gracious hostess, she met us at the door on arrival and gave us a tour of her beautiful home. She made us feel like we were family. Sunnyside is full of beautiful paintings and antiques. We were free to roam the house and enjoy the libraries and other rooms at our leisure. The beds were soooo comfortable!

This was my first trip to Natchez and Colleen at Sunnyside made sure it was grand! She welcomed my husband and I with open arms! She was sure to fill us with lots of history from her beautiful home and also LOTS of tasty breakfast! I can not wait to return, hopefully for CHRISTmas!

Wonderful house. We are looking at purchasing a historic house in Natchez and Colleen filled us in on the real estate in Natchez. Excellent breakfast and conversation. The antiques and furnishings are exceptional! We’ll be back.

Absolutely wonderful. Very nice house. Tastefully decorated with a lot of oil paintings and antiques . Coleen was an excellent host. Breakfast was a fruit cup with yogurt, chicken and waffles, coffee and juice. Big and Belle were loving fur babies. Absolutely a 10+.

Colleen is a wonderful host. She was eager to provide for any of our needs. She provided much information to help us make the most of our stay in Natchez. Breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. Bathroom had no towel bars or hooks and had limited space to set toiletries. Bed was very comfortable.

Sunnyside B&B is exceptional. Colleen makes you feel welcome from 1st greeting to last goodbye. She shares ALL of her beautiful home so you can enjoy reading and relaxing by one of several fireplaces in a cozy chair. The home is filled with beautiful antiques but is liable, not a museum but cozy, comfortable, reenewing to your soul. Her breakfasts are amazing and delicious. You will feel spoiled, all while close to everything in Natchez. Treat yourself and stay in this hidden gem on 10 acres. On a 5 star rating system, Sunnyside is a 10!!!

The owner of the house, Colleen was like an angel. My grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as Sunnyside and I had no idea and I know she would be happy that I ended up in the Hands of such a beautiful soul. She cooks like an amazing southern chef and is so hospitable. She has two very friendly and beautiful dogs and makes you feel right at home. I came for a family reunion and I think I added to the family! My husband and I are extremely happy and we can’t wait to come back!
