Wow! What an Absolutely Amazing Experience! From beginning to end, this experience exceeded every expectation! Colleen, the owner and host, checked every box—and then some. Her warmth, sincerity, gracious hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. From the personal welcome and fascinating historical tour at check-in to the delightful evening cocktail hour, every detail was exceptional. The accommodations beautifully combined elegance, comfort, privacy, and historical charm. Colleen’s remarkable knowledge of the property’s history, the period, and the surrounding area brought the entire experience to life. Add wonderful cuisine, beautiful surroundings, and an atmosphere that perfectly balances historical authenticity with modern comforts, and you have something truly special. What sets this experience apart is Colleen’s genuine passion for making every guest feel welcome. We’ve enjoyed many wonderful places over the years, but this one stands apart. Colleen doesn’t simply provide accommodations; she creates lasting memories. Five stars simply aren’t enough! Highly recommended!

Colleen is the most gracious hostess, she met us at the door on arrival and gave us a tour of her beautiful home. She made us feel like we were family. Sunnyside is full of beautiful paintings and antiques. We were free to roam the house and enjoy the libraries and other rooms at our leisure. The beds were soooo comfortable!

Sunnyside B&B is exceptional. Colleen makes you feel welcome from 1st greeting to last goodbye. She shares ALL of her beautiful home so you can enjoy reading and relaxing by one of several fireplaces in a cozy chair. The home is filled with beautiful antiques but is liable, not a museum but cozy, comfortable, reenewing to your soul. Her breakfasts are amazing and delicious. You will feel spoiled, all while close to everything in Natchez. Treat yourself and stay in this hidden gem on 10 acres. On a 5 star rating system, Sunnyside is a 10!!!

The owner of the house, Colleen was like an angel. My grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as Sunnyside and I had no idea and I know she would be happy that I ended up in the Hands of such a beautiful soul. She cooks like an amazing southern chef and is so hospitable. She has two very friendly and beautiful dogs and makes you feel right at home. I came for a family reunion and I think I added to the family! My husband and I are extremely happy and we can’t wait to come back!
