I had a nice size room. I made reservations for 2 queen beds. I had one queen bed and a pull out sofa. I requested a cot. It was after midnight after requesting a cot for the 2nd time that I finally got it. The breakfast was minimal. Overall everything was ok.

My card was charged for the full amount of the stay although I had already payed online. The ice machine was down on floor, there were not enough towels, and whom ever was staying above me allowed their child/children to run, and stomp through the floors.

This property is in dire need of maintenance and repairs. One of the two elevators was broke, the ice machine on floor two was broken and our bed needs to be replaced. I compare this hotel to the one we stayed in at Gulfport. It just doesn’t measure up. Staff was very accommodating. They got us extra chairs for our room as the room only comes with one chair. They accommodated extra towels when needed. But I did notice some of the staff seemed very old and we caught one of them hiding in a corner of the gym on her phone. The morning breakfast was okay, but not up to the Gulfport hotel’s breakfast. Overall, I would not recommend or return to this particular hotel.
