It is really an excellent hotel to stay from various point of view - location, easy to get, proximity to the beach, safety, restaurants and places to go to at night. The staff was really treating me with care and attention.

Good hotel, but thin walls

Hotel is great, staff super friendly. However the walls are too thin and the guests can be really loud, even beyond midnight, which is particularly annoying when you have a tour starting at 7:00am the next morning

In my opinion, this should not be a five star hotel. 3 1/2 to 4 stars at best. Pool and gym are very small, gym is extremely hot and air conditioner. Doesn’t work properly. water at the gym was not cold. Rooms are very small for a family of four, game room is also very small with one game only. However, location is great and parking was cheap. Breakfast is also quite good.

I have stayed in this hotel several times before but this time I found the hotel is not the same. I think the up keep has declined. my bathroom had some mold in the shower; the sink was not draining freely; the closet door would not stay closed. The worse of all was the WIFI (terrible)

Ficamos sempre no Majestic e é muito bom ver que o hotel sempre melhora, principalmente no atendimento da equipe. Uma sugestão é modernizar e ampliar as comodidades como a piscina, a academia e se desse uma sauna. Mas mesmo assim, não temos o que reclamar, o hotel sempre nos recebe muito bem!
