Great stay. Hotel is in a touristy area close to main spots. Staff was amazing and friendly. Only minor complain is about the AC: the room was really large and the AC couldnt handle it. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very good! Great location and great staff, only the front desk guy at the check out was kind off rude, I told him that they didn’t put our name at the distem since yesterday and he completely ignore me! No apologies, nothing! The staff at the breakfast and the pool bar area was amazing! Very polite and professional! Great hotel!

Go somewhere else.

This is a 2* property at best no VIP benefits as you claim. You even have to pay to get a towel at the pool for a sun lounger. Rooms are shockingly poor there is no view simply a brick wall. The staff try their best but the owners are simply profiteering with little regard to service. Pool is good to sunbathe but no lifeguard and I never seen it get cleaned. Overall disgrace.

A estadia foi boa no geral, com pontos positivos como a localização, que é excelente, e o café da manhã, que também agradou bastante. A limpeza do local estava ótima, eu daria nota 10 nesse quesito. No entanto, tivemos um problema sério com o barulho. Ficamos inicialmente em um quarto no segundo andar, localizado bem embaixo da cozinha, e o barulho era simplesmente insuportável, especialmente durante a madrugada e início da manhã. A equipe até tentou nos realocar, mas o quarto para o qual fomos transferidos estava com cheiro forte de mofo, o que nos forçou a trocar novamente. Mesmo no primeiro piso, o barulho ainda era bem perceptível. Acredito que, com algumas melhorias na questão do isolamento acústico e manutenção dos quartos, a experiência poderia ser muito melhor.

C'est une resort très sympa 2 magnifiques piscine les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses La plage est adjacente. Le petit déjeuner est excellent Un très beau cadre ! Seul bémol personne ne parle anglais c'est très compliqué de se faire comprendre Cependant le personnel est adorable

Um dos melhores hotéis em Natal

A experiência foi muito boa, destacando apenas dois pontos negativos, os quais foram: A cama (que tinha duas bases e um colchão fino, sendo assim, abria no meio da noite e ficava um buraco no meio) e a TV não era smart, coisa que também negativa muito minha avaliação. Agora as coisas boas: Localização que dá acesso à praia, café da manhã com muitas variedades, limpeza flexível, profissionais simpáticos, serviço de quarto excelente e rápido, piscina grande e área de lazer ótima pra tirar fotos e ver a paisagem (com vista pro mar e morro do careca).

Longe de ser um resort

Nossa experiência no Kristie Resort foi bastante decepcionante. Reservamos um quarto com varanda, mas recebemos apenas um canteiro inutilizável, enquanto outros hóspedes da mesma categoria tinham varanda completa com mesa e cadeiras. Após reclamar, fomos realocados só no dia seguinte. Outro ponto crítico é que o hotel é dividido em dois prédios separados por uma rua de trânsito normal, obrigando a atravessar carros e pedestres diversas vezes por dia para o café da manhã (servido apenas em um prédio) ou para usar a piscina maior. Isso quebra totalmente a ideia de “resort” e gera grande inconveniência. Na verdade, é apenas um hotel sem conceito de resort: não possui academia ou spa. O café da manhã era tumultuado, com filas, e acompanhado de música alta agitada - nada relaxante. As piscinas também não ajudavam: a do prédio frontal só podia ser acessada atravessando o salão de refeições, o que era constrangedor em traje de banho ou molhado, e a principal fechava cedo o bar. Além disso, havia sempre música alta (pagode, sertanejo, arrocha) impossibilitando o ambiente de ser relaxante. Enfrentamos ainda problemas nos dois quartos com os decodificadores de TV a cabo (um precisou ser trocado, outro desligava sozinho). Como ponto positivo, destaco a simpatia da chefe de hotelaria. No entanto, detalhes como a cobrança de R$5 por toalha reforçam a impressão de que o hotel entrega menos do que promete. A localização em Ponta Negra é boa, mas não compensa os diversos incômodos.
