The guy who checked us in, after midnight was super friendly. It was nice to see that kind of energy at that time of night. Unfortunately, we didn’t have hot water in the shower and our door wouldn’t close properly from the outside. The free breakfast buffet was ok, the young man who made us omelettes was very friendly and did a good job.

Place is ok, main issue is to stay for 3 full days without internet! I had meetings to attend and was required to find a cafe nearby with internet. The explaination was some throubleshootings during these days and internet should return to normal, that didnt happen during the stay. Another explaination that the internet was unstable and should return soon. Anyway, I would refrain to stay again if requires internet access.

A cama individual disponibilizada era uma poltrona reversível e nada confortável. Isso deveria ter sido informado no momento da reserva, assim como o pagamento do estacionamento. O cliente no momento da reserva entende que está incluso na diária, o uso da garagem, assim como em outros hóteis. IMPORTANTE reforçar com a "RECEPÇÃO", a cordialidade no atendimento aos hóspedes.
