フロントのスタッフさんの対応はとても温かく安心感があり、良かった。ウェルカムスイーツやドリンク、湯上がりアイスや夜鳴きそばなどのサービスが充実していてとても良かった。とてもクラシックで上品で趣きのある建物で良かった。スイートルームで広々としていて良かったが、古さや汚れ、破損などが目立つのが気になった。高価だったのもありゆっくりしたかったが、どうも落ち着かないのが残念だった。また館内の暗さや重厚さが少し怖く居心地の悪さを感じた。貸切家族風呂があるのも良かったが、浴室と脱衣所の隔たりが段差のみで、シャワーの湯が脱衣所に飛び水浸しになるのが気になった。 朝食ビュッフェは品数も多くどれも美味しくて良かった。

家族5人で初めて利用しました。クーポン割引価格でヨーロピアンスイートに宿泊できました。客室内は年数は経っていますが、広々として、清掃が行き届いており、アンティーク家具の雰囲気がとても気に入りました。子供達3人も1人1台の大きなベッドで大満足でした。部屋にお菓子とお茶、冷蔵庫にお水のサービスもあり嬉しかったです。 　ウェルカムドリンクのコーヒー紅茶が飲めない子供達に、ジュースがあればさらに良かったです。 　でも、湯上がりのアイスやレストラン前にあるお菓子がたくさん利用できて満足そうでした。 　夕食のフレンチコースにドリンクサービスと、サプライズにおこわとお味噌汁のサービスまで付いてビックリでした。黒毛和牛のローストビーフも脂がのっていてトロトロで料理長の渡邉さん、素晴らしい時間をありがとうございました。1泊では短すぎて、今度はは2泊したいねと話しております。温泉も私が好きな熱さで気持ちよくて、貸切風呂が人目を気にせず、子供と入れて嬉しかったです。やや気になった点は、大浴場の脱衣所のエアコンの吹き出し口のカビと、洗い場の電気が暗かったので見えにくい所、お土産やさんの御用邸のお菓子4点セットが終わってしまい、買えなかったこと位です。 　次回もまた利用したいです。ゴルフはできないのでパターゴルフとか気軽にできたら、家族でやってみたいです。

とても満足しました。小さな子供を連れて行って、温泉デビューしました。子供から「またこのホテルに来たい」と好評でした。お料理も美味しかったで、ゴルフ場の風景もレストランでご飯食べながら楽しむことができました。 強いて言えば、少し年月経ったから室内設備は年月感はありました。でもとても清潔なので、ホテル全体も古いヨーロッパお城の感じなので、家具と設備の年月感はあまり違和感ないです。

今回は夕食なしで朝食のみの宿泊でしたのでとってもリーズナブルに泊まることが出来ました 部屋もとっても広くミニキッチン付きだったので近くのスーパーでお惣菜などを買って来て部屋で頂きました。 部屋に電子レンジも付いていて暖かくして食べることが出来てゆっくりとお部屋でくつろぐことが出来ました。 コーヒーサービスやお夜食のラーメンお風呂上がりのアイスのなど無料サービスも満載で那須の旅行を楽しめました。 ありがとうございました

前回の利用から数年経ってから再利用しました。 駐車場の数が少なく、幅も狭いため荷物の積み下ろしが不便。 チェックインは14:00～出来るが入室は15:00から。 重い荷物を持ちながら階段を登らないといけない。 経年劣化は仕方がないが、壁が薄すぎる。 隣の部屋の話し声が聞こえたり、子供がバタバタ走り回る音が響き非常に不快だった。 廊下からの音もかなり入ってくる。 クローゼットのドアがはずれかかっており倒れてこないか不安だった。 掃除もあまりされておらず、ドアや柱などにホコリが目立った。 壁紙も所々はがれています。 夕食のコースは17:30と20:00の回に別れておりチェックイン時間によって決められる？ 前回小さい子がいるのに20:00に回されたので、今回は予約確認の電話があった時に夕食時間を聞いて17:00に間に合うには何時にチェックインすればいいかを確認した。 ※こちらから聞かないと何時にチェックインしますか？としか聞かれない。 夕食のコースも味はそこそこ美味しかったが、提供のタイミングがバラバラ。 食べ終わってるのになかなか来なかったり、子供がまだ食べてるのに次を持ってきたり。 良かったのは温泉の泉質くらいでしょうか。 だけど… サウナはあるけど水風呂無し。 外気浴スペースはあるがイス等は無し。 思い出深いホテルだったので非常に残念です。 総合的に次の利用はないかと…
