The apartment was very clean and well organize. Located about 10 minutes (walk) from Broadway. Very sage, well-lit roads. Safe parking - there is free parking on the street right in front of building - holds 10-15 cars - why don't they advertise this? Highly recommend this apartment.

The building was ok. A little further away than we thought from downtown. Staff were helpful. Check in was a hassle, got in late and the system couldn’t find our reservation. Thank goodness a staff member came in and helped us. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff is amazing. My apartment was nice. The only complaint is the furniture needs to be cleaned and the kitchen chairs were on there last leg. We didn’t sit in them because they would have broke.

While the apartment was nice and clean and laundry machines provided. House keeping is not provided and is $150 fee, parking was confusing at first, and upon arriving 1 hour after check in time, my room was not available until asked.

The unit we had was dirty, the shower was dirty and the shower door handle was broken off. The carpet in each room was stained. Our unit didn’t have a balcony which would of been nice. The check in process was fine but when we got to our 5th floor room the keys didn’t work so it was a pain to go back downstairs. The pool was great, always busy and location is good it’s a 10 minute walk to all the bars on Broadway.

Nice gym and pool. There is not a restaurant in the property. Next door is a restaurant but it wasn’t open until dinner. Didn’t like using the kiosk for check in.

We honestly had a wonderful stay at Sentral SoBro! The apartment was incredibly clean, which we really appreciated. The pool was fantastic and a great place to relax with some of the 90+ degree days. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their outstanding customer service made our stay even more enjoyable and what would make me return. The location was also great. It was only about a 10–15 minute walk to Broadway, so it was easy to enjoy everything downtown has to offer while staying in a quieter area. We had a great experience overall and would absolutely stay here again!
